I moved into a new place on horseneck beach, just in time to catch the indian summer on the south coast. even though i grew up on the cape, only 30 miles away, i've never spent much time down here. it's like time stood still for 150 years, exept for the occasional trailer. working farms and jagged seashore, with secret beaches, and streetless features. lack of street signs, no neighbors. nice.
